Help when you need it
PDF Scanner Support
Help with scanning, your documents, and subscription access.
Contact the developer
Email natestudio13@gmail.com. Include your app version, a description of the issue, and what you expected. Settings → Contact Support can prepare basic diagnostics.
Do not send private scans, identity documents, financial information, passwords, or signatures unless needed and agreed with support.
Manage or cancel Pro
Open iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → PDF Scanner. Deleting scans or deleting the app does not cancel billing.
Open Apple subscription management · Request an Apple refund
Restore subscription access
Open the paywall and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. A failed or pending payment may not unlock Pro. Email support if an active purchase still does not restore.
Free daily scan
Free access includes one successfully saved new scan document per local calendar day. Retakes and edits to the same document do not use another scan. Pro adds unlimited scans, signatures, stamps, and OCR.
Your privacy and local data
Document processing is on device. Settings → Privacy & Data Controls provides export and deletion controls, including saved-signature deletion. Exported copies and backups remain separate. Email the developer for a request about support or subscription information we hold.
Recently Deleted
Deleted PDFs can be restored for 30 days from Files → Recently Deleted. You can permanently delete them sooner. Device backups and exported copies remain separate.
Import limits
Choose up to 30 photos or files totaling 100 MB per import. PDF tools support up to 300 pages; converting a PDF to editable scan pages supports up to 30 pages. Split larger documents into smaller parts. Your original files stay unchanged.
App Lock and a forgotten PIN
You can choose the authentication methods supported by your iPhone or a four-digit app PIN, confirmed twice during setup. Changing or disabling an app PIN requires the current PIN. We cannot retrieve your PIN or local library. Keep separate exports of important documents before relying on app protection.
